Mervue Utd 2-1 Oranmore/Maree (U12 Premier Division)
Needing only a point from their final league game the club's Under 12 team made sure of all three points as they recorded back to back wins over second placed Oranmore/Maree at Fahy's Field on Thursday night to ensured the Premier Division title.
Two smashing goals from team captain and top scorer Colin Kelly in either half secured the vital win to capture the Premier Division title and an 11th cup in an amazing season for the club to date.
Well done to the players and management team of Coley Kelly, Pa Connell and Thomas Flaherty on a great season.
