Michael joined the club in July 2013 from Mayo club Ballina Town and made his debut in the 2-1 win over Salthill Devon at Fahy's Field setting up the winner for Gary Shanahan. He scored his debut goal in his third game in the 4-0 win over Finn Harps. Made 13 appearances scoring twice against Finn Harps and Longford Town.
