Alex joined from neighbours Renmore and was part of the A Championship side which got the club into the LOI and has made 78 appearances over the past four seasons scoring three times, two of them came last year, one in the league cup against Derry City and the winner against Finn Harps in the final game of last season. He also captained the side when Martin Conneely and Mike Elwood were out injured or serving suspensions. Stands seond in the number of LOI appearances for the club with 78 and is currently only behind teammate Marc Ludden who is on 95. Alex has been a great servant to the club since entering the Airtricity League.
