Mervue Utd's U-18's claimed a treble at a very wet Eamonn Deacy Park on Saturday night as they captured the first ever Jimmy O'Sullivan Memorial Cup after a 3-1 win over city rivals Salthill Devon.
A first half strike by Chris Carroll was added to by two well taken second half goals by Jamie Kelly as Noel McDonnell and Colin Conneely's side added the first ever Jimmy O'Sullivan cup to their League and Connacht titles won over the past two weeks.
