Mervue Utd's Junior A team travel to Mayo this weekend to face Westport Utd in the quarter final of the Connacht Junior Cup on Sunday afternoon at the Westport Sports Park with kick-off at 2 pm.

Gary O’Connor and Ger McGrath’s side will be hoping to avenge last season’s semi-final defeat were a controversial penalty award in the final minute of extra time allowed the Mayo side advance to the provincial final were they lost out to Ballinasloe Town in the decider.

Airtricity League official, Damien McGrath, from Mayo, will referee the game.
